  • To register online, select which seminar you would like to attend by clicking the 'Register' link next to the seminar.
  • To fax or mail in your registration form, click the 'Download Form' link to download the seminar form.
  • Note: Some seminar registrations are handled by other organizations, and these will display 'Registration Website' in the left column.
