
Water Week was kicked off with members of the Plumbing Leadership Industry Coalition (PILC*) on Monday, April 13, at 2:00 pm at 121 Cannon HOB with discussions on:
- Importance of Plumbing & Water Efficiency
- Impact of Water Shortages and Aging Infrastructure
- State Progress on Water Initiatives
- Federal Government’s Role in the Future of Water
Key representatives of water- and plumbing-related organizations from across the country discussed the critical roles they are playing in water conservation efforts!
Clean, safe and reliable water remains a cornerstone of America's public health system and a mainstay of our economy. PILC members discussed their concerns about the severe drought and water scarcity which continue to plague many states and regions across the United States, as well as the need to restore our failing nation's water infrastructure.
