Henry Rollins Hosts Concert to Raise Funds for Building Wells, Sanitation Systems at Schools in Africa

Henry Rollins, a longtime singer/songwriter, author and spoken word artist, hosted “Life – Just Add Water,” a concert whose proceeds will go toward building water wells and sanitation systems at schools in Africa, on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at the historic Avalon Theater in Hollywood, Calif.
Musicians included Slipknot and Stone Sour lead singer Corey Taylor; Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro; Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian; Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo; and more.
Money raised at the benefit concert will go to Drop in the Bucket, a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles that works directly with individual communities in sub-Saharan Africa to design and build cost-effective wells and innovative sanitation systems at local schools.
