Bob Boulware, P.E. Elected National President of American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association
Central Indiana Chapter American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE.org) Past President, E. W. Bob Boulware, P.E, was elected National President of the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA.org) at the national convention in Portland Oregon on September 29th. ARCSA is an international organization focused on introducing safe practices of using Rainwater Catchment as an alternative source of water.
Mr. Boulware is a member of the International Association of Mechanical and Plumbing Officials (IAPMO.org) Green Technology Committee and the International Code Council (ICCsave.org) International Green Building Code Committee, where he is a key contributor in developing rainwater harvesting standards for the IAPMO Green Plumbing Supplement, and the 2012 Uniform and International Plumbing Codes.
